HEATHENS V ISLE OF WIGHT, PREVIEW

Tuesday August 08, 2017
NEW signing Richard Hall is desperate to get his Cradley career off to a winning start when they host the Isle of Wight at Perry Barr on Wednesday (7.30).

The Motor Market Heathens know nothing less than a win will do as they aim to keep their Travel Plus National League play-offs hopes alive.

Hall, who has been snapped up as a replacement for injury victim Dan Greenwood, is keen to make an instant impact for his new club.

And he has called on his new team-mates to deliver a powerful performance to send a message to their rivals.

Said Hall: “We know we need to beat the Isle of Wight– and we could do with hitting a big score as well to remind everyone of what we can do and show them how we mean to go on from now until the end of the season.

“I still think Cradley can make the play-offs – but we know we need to win all of our meetings to give ourselves a chance.”

Tom Perry takes over the No.1 race jacket for Will Pottinger’s side, who will be at full strength.

CRADLEY: Tom Perry, Luke Harris, Joe Lawlor, Richard Hall, Danny Ayres, Conor Dwyer, Tyler Govier.
ISLE OF WIGHT: Ben Wilson, Chris Widman, James Cockle, Scott Campos, Connor Coles, Jamie Sealey, Adam Portwood.
