CRADLEY boss Will Pottinger has challenged his side to pick up where they left off as they take on Mildenhall at Monmore Green on Monday (7.30).

The Motor Market Heathens have got their season off to an encouraging start and edged an excellent 47-43 win over local rivals Birmingham in their last outing at Perry Barr.

They will now return to Monmore Green for a huge Bank Holiday encounter with a strong Fen Tigers’ side who Pottinger believes will offer a stern test.

Yet he has called on his team to maintain their confident form as they search for three more National League points.

Said Pottinger: “We enjoy riding at Wolverhampton as a home track, and having not ridden there since our practice back in March we’re excited to be back.

“Hopefully we can pick up where we left off against Birmingham a couple of weeks ago and get three more points on the board.

“I’m confident we can get the win but I’ve no doubt we’ll be pushed all the way. The lads are high on confidence at the moment so we’ll try to keep that going.

“Mildenhall have got three excellent heat-leaders at this level, and Ellis Perks knows his way around the place, so I’m sure it’s going to be a cracking meeting.”

Cradley are at full strength, whilst Mildenhall have drafted in former Heathens favourite Ellis Perks to guest at No.1 for Connor Mountain, who is in action for SGB Championship side Ipswich.

CRADLEY: Danny Ayres, Conor Dwyer, Dan Greenwood, Luke Harris, Tom Perry, Ryan Burton, Joe Lawlor.
MILDENHALL: Ellis Perks, Luke Ruddick, Jon Armstrong, Danno Verge, Daniel Halsey, Sam Woods, Jordan Jenkins.
